2. Services
Anmuzar International LLC provides website design, development, coding, and delivery services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in a separate statement of work or contract between us and the client.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment and unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work created specifically for a client is transferred to the client. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and general know-how used in delivering services.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anmuzar International LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
